I understand that participation at the annual conference includes individuals taking photos of individuals or groups. If you see someone with a camera and you do not want your photo taken, please let the person know (We have student ambassadors that are taking photos throughout the conference). Do not photograph speakers or slides without explicit permission. Audio/video recording of any session content is prohibited. Obtain consent before posting session content online. *

Cancellation policy: a cancellation fee of $25 may be charged if a person cancels between 30 and 60 days preceding the conference. A cancellation fee of $50 will may be charged if a person cancels between 7 and 30 days before the conference. Registration fees will not be refunded if a person cancels fewer than 7 days before the first conference date.
